1.) You.
I'm Danielle. I'm currently a front end manager at Walmart. I love music, concerts, traveling - and management - I'd love to combine both. My aspiration for "Queue" is for it to bloom and allow people all around to immerse themselves in a community that is there for them in the musical world.
2.) What are you offering to customers?
I'm offering them the best of both worlds when it comes to social media and music streaming. Everything they would need to know about anything music, right at their fingertips. A personally customized dashboard showing you people with mutual musical interests, local concerts, chatrooms, groups, events, you name it!
3.) Who are you offering it to?
Teenagers. Young adults. Music fanatics. Fandoms. College students. That guy at your job who secretly listens to KPOP. That stay at home mom who low-key loves Cardi B. Young teens.
4.) Why do they care?
They care because they already care about music streaming platforms and social media platforms, so why not have the best of both worlds?
5.) What are your core competencies?
What sets me apart from everyone else is the passion I personally have for music and concerts. I know the feeling I got from wanting to talk about my favorite band but knowing no one cared on the same level I did. Or the feeling I got from seeing my favorite band for the first time. I want to give people a safe environment to have fun and discover new music and new events.
I think my elements fit together quite well, the execution of the app would probably be the weaker part of the whole process just because I'd want it to be perfect and modern. It'd be hard to push a new social media platform and also to be able to sync music platforms into this new app to be able to set your music interests into it, but it is possible. Other than that, I think the idea is solid and if executed properly, could be a great outlet for many people.

Hello Danielle,
ReplyDeleteYou made your points clear and well detailed. Your explanation of your app made it really easy for me to understand how you want the app set up and who you intend the users to be. There is a market for this and it seems you have a good grasp on what it is you need to do.
Hey Danielle!
ReplyDeleteYour Idea Napkin was concise and to the point which I liked. I like the idea of your app and think that you would be able to market it to a large audience of music enthusiasts and concert goers. It sounds like this product could connect a large amount of consumers who are interested in certain music and events.
